Barbara Ann Bond – Metropolitan Funeral

Barbara Ann Bond departed on January 16, 2023, to be with Our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was predeceased by her son Carl Bond, Jr. She was born August 04, 1948, in Portsmouth, VA at the Portsmouth Naval Hospital and resided in Norfolk, Virginia for the next 74 years. She was known to us all as “Ann” or “Aunt Barbara”. 

Ann worked numerous jobs in out of Virginia. She was a very private person. She enjoyed seafood, reading novels and spending time with friends. Ann as was a momma’s girl and I mean a momma’s girl. She was spoiled unbelievably.

Ann leaves behind to cherish her memory, four Sisters, Ruby J. Brown, Gloria J. Simon (Bernard), Dorothy L. Brown Dildy-Clemons, Kem A. Brown-McCoy (Wallace) and four brothers, Oscar Brown Jr. (Pauline), Lucius N. Brown (Stephanie), Glenn C. Brown (Lori), Timothy L. Brown (Deborah) and a host of nieces, nephews and a host of other relatives and friends.
