Christina Michelle Bailey – Metropolitan Funeral

Christina Michelle Bailey, affectionally known as “Chrissy”, peacefully transitioned to her eternal home on Saturday, 1/22/2022. Christina was born on August 11, 1955, to the late George and Louise Bailey. She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Louise Bailey; her brother, George Bailey; and her grandmother, Christina Alves. Christina was educated in New York City where she graduated from Louis D. Brandeis High School in 1973. She went on to further her education at Baruch College. She was a dedicated employee and retired from the Department of Information Technology & Telecommunications.

Chrissy had a warm and infectious smile that would light up any room. She was very generous with her time and resources and truly enjoyed helping others. Chrissy prided herself in being available to support her family and friends. Born under the horoscope of Leo, she exemplified a fearless lioness who protected her cubs until the end.

Christina leaves to cherish her memories, her sisters, Matrice Bailey and Lydia Santiago; her brother, Eric Bailey; her devoted children, Victor Santiago Jr., Toya Bailey (Michael), Alvin Robinson Jr. (Liz) and Marquis Bell; her beloved grandchildren, Michael Pettway Jr, Alyssa Robinson and London Pettway; and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
