If such a thing exists, the curious part of the Washington Commanders’ inactive list involves the young pieces sitting out against the Los Angeles Rams.
Tight end Cole Turner, expected to be a pass-catching presence this season, is a healthy scratch for the third time this season. Eleven receptions in 11 games shows the limited impact when he played.
