Personal Statement

Ever since I began playing basketball, I have developed into a key player that has impacted each team that I’ve played for. Every game, I bring physicality, intensity, and communication; especially on defense. I am also a knockdown shooter with great vision that constantly keeps the opposing team on their heels. I’m continuously working to become an elite ball handler and defender; as well as, a trusted leader that holds others accountable. No matter what, as a team player, I treat my teammates like family on and off the court. Most of the time, I am my teammates loudest “cheerleader” whether I’m on the court with them, or on the sideline. Academically, I am very studious and competitive. I take school very seriously. In addition to basketball, my goal for college is to graduate with a valuable degree that will help me in the years to come.
