On December 14, DJ Stephen tWitch Boss of “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” passed suddenly.
He was in his forties, and his unexpected death was determined to be a suicide hours later.
From 2014 until the show’s finale in 2022, Boss, a professional dancer, worked on Ellen’s program.
His wife, Allison Holker, announced his death. The “Magic Mike XXL” star did not appear “visibly upset” or disturbed upon checking into the facility, according to hotel personnel who spoke to TMZ.
Boss reserved the accommodation for just one night when he showed up at the Hotel with only a tiny bag.
The hotel manager admitted to Radar that no gunshot sounds were coming from the celebrity’s room.
After Boss failed to check out at 11 a.m. the following day, a maid unlocked the room with her key and found his body.
His body was discovered in the restroom, according to the workers.
When Boss checked into Oak Tree Inn, which is close to his house, he was observed carrying a tiny bag.
The management also mentioned the idea that Boss, who arrived at the Hotel without a car, may have left a suicide note in the bag that the police had taken.
He only carried a tiny backpack with him; no suicide note was discovered in the Hotel.
The “So You Think You Can Dance” veteran did not appear to be in distress when he arrived at the motel with just a tiny bag, according to staff who spoke to TMZ on Wednesday.
The motel manager also disclosed to Radar on Wednesday that authorities had taken possession of the bag, which might have included a suicide note.
Authorities ruled his death as a suicide.
There were “no signs of foul play,” the Los Angeles County Medical Examiner reported.
After an autopsy, his body is ready for release to his wife, Allison Holker.
Stephen was discovered dead in a California Oak Tree Inn hotel room.
After he missed his check-out time on Wednesday, a hotel worker found his dead body.
Later, the manager admitted that nobody had heard any gunshots.
Additionally, according to a prior TMZ report, Boss’ wife, Allison Holker, reportedly sprinted frantically to a nearby police station after her husband allegedly left the house without his car, which was unusual.
Page Six received confirmation from the Los Angeles Police on Wednesday that they had responded to a radio request for an “ambulance fatality inquiry” on Tuesday at about 11:20 a.m. local time.
The public information officer also revealed no indications of foul play and that Boss died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound. He was 40.
Given the positive attitude toward life that Boss demonstrated to the world, his positive behavior in the days before his passing is not surprising.
