The à la carte breakfast menu includes a selection of high quality foods including Istrian sausage and cured ham, goat milk kefir, green pepper hummus, olive tapenade, truffle cheese, smoked salmon, tuna and prawn spreads, trout caviar, fresh oysters, and a selection of egg dishes.
Featuring on Chef Željko Jovanović's menu at the fine-dining Nobilion Restaurant are locally sourced ingredients such as Istrian truffles and dry cured ham, fresh pasta, and shrimp, mussels and squid from the Kvarner Bay. These are expertly paired by trained wait staff with high-quality Croatian wines and Istrian extra virgin olive oil.
The Riva Privée, a private dining room decorated in the Riva design style complete with yacht furniture, and the Edgar cigar and whiskey lounge are other exclusive additions.
