TMZ noted at the time that the alleged victim in the altercation was put into an ambulance but told officers that he did not wish to press charges. Misi was released after being detained without being officially arrested, and no charges have been brought against him.
Andrew Abramson of the Palm Beach Post added that Misi has been at Dolphins' practices throughout the week following the incident, and a source told Abramson that Misi was "assaulted first and acted in retaliation."
The Dolphins released a statement on the situation involving Misi after the TMZ report, via Adam Beasley of the Miami Herald:

“As of right now, nothing’s happened,” Misi said on Tuesday, via Abramson, when asked about any potential discipline stemming from the incident. “It was a bad situation and it’s something I should’ve walked away from. I learned from my mistake.”
The 29-year-old Misi has spent his entire six-year NFL career with the Dolphins. He was drafted 40th overall in 2010, appearing in all 16 games as a rookie and starting all but three games he's played since 2012.
Misi is entering the third year of a four-year contract extension he originally signed in 2013. He set a career high with 59 total tackles last season.
