Personal Statement

Hello Coaches, my name is Nick Locher and I completed my career as Quarterback for the Owensboro Red Devils in Owensboro Kentucky. My career record as a starter was 32-12; including winning 2 city-county, 3 district, and 3 regional championship; we lost in the Semi-Finals of Class 4A my junior year. My senior season we made it to the state championship but fell short 49-42. My senior season I scored 38 touchdowns, 14 of which were in the playoffs. 

After High School I plan on majoring in either special education or physical education at a school where academics will not just be pushed beside because of football. I have spent a semester in college at the school I have been released to transfer from and so far have a 3.43 GPA that I plan to raise to a 3.5. After I earn my degree I'm looking to get into coaching because it has been a dream of mine to play football collegiately and one day be a Head Coach. I'm open to playing D1, D2, NAIA, or competitive D3 football where pricing is reasonable.
