The Welsh politician David Lloyd George described the Ceiriog Valley as a ‘little piece of heaven’ and The Hand is its rural, farming-country heart. A welcoming hostelry in a place more reminiscent of Switzerland than North Wales, it’s best known for its two AA Rosette menu.
