Treylon Burks has yet to reach the 500-yard mark in a season during his NFL career, but he is apparently in the same conversation as Terrell Owens, Julio Jones and A.J Brown.
At least in the eyes of his new teammate.
"This dude is a freak," Calvin Ridley told reporters Wednesday when discussing Burks. "Seriously, bro. … He's like Julio, AJ Brown. T.O. Dude that big that fast, man? He's a stud. You don't have to worry about him."

The potential is still there for the 6'2" wide receiver, but he has yet to live up to it since the Titans selected him with a first-round pick in the 2022 NFL draft after trading Brown to the Philadelphia Eagles.
Burks posted 33 catches for 444 yards and one touchdown as a rookie and then followed with 16 catches for 221 yards and zero touchdowns in his second season. Frankly, the numbers might not get much better in 2024 considering the Titans now have Ridley and Tyler Boyd playing alongside DeAndre Hopkins.
There are only so many targets to go around, and Burks is fourth on that list.
The flip side is he will rarely, if ever, see double teams when playing alongside so many talented wide receivers, so that could lead to more open looks downfield.
If it does, perhaps he can show the world why his teammate believes he resembles some of the NFL's most illustrious wideouts.
