Where Is Jessica Watson From True Spirit Netflix Today

Today, Jessica Watson works for Deloitte Human Capital in Australia. Watson still enjoys sailing but just as a pass time and to have a bit of fun.

Watson, since completing her attempt for circumnavigation, has not left the sailing world entirely. However, her choice of career has been in a different direction.

According to her Wikipedia profile, she sailed with Scott Cavanough at Mini Fastnet in Europe in June 2011.

She also took part in the Round the Island Race in the United Kingdom, sailed in the Another Challenger at Sydney Gold Coast Yacht Race in August 2011, and competed with the same boat and team at Sydney to Hobart Yacht Race in December 2011.

Jessica also published her first book True Spirit, documenting her 210 days at the sea, and later published her second book Indigo Blue in 2018. 

Watson is also a founding member of Deckee, a complete boating mobile application equipped with all the necessary things for a sailor. She also worked as a communication manager for the firm. 

She also served as a Youth Representative for United Nations World Food Programme. She volunteered in different countries, including Jordan and Lebonan, through the organization.

After completing her MBA, Jessica started working for Deloitte Human Capital, a position she has held since 2019. She also works as a corporate motivational speaker in her leisure time.
